That's how it works
1. Pick a city2. Evaluate the city
_start out by learning more about its characteristics, or
_begin by evaluating the city based on its first characteristic
3. Discover the cities' urban living quality:
_which are - in the eyes of the users - the fairest cities in the World, or
_which are the urban living quality details of any city assessed, or
_which are the characteristics relating to urban living quality, and which are the cities that win out from time to time, or
_identify one characteristic of urban living quality and discover the way users assessed the cities in respect of that particular characteristic
